Property Division
Unless you are the only heir of the deceased, the property should be divided to each heir, according to the will or (if there is no will) to the law. Be careful, because sometimes your emotions of losing a family can make you act in ways you usually wouldn’t, and this applies to other heirs as well. This is why you need lawyers to handle the property division efficiently without being emotional.
Acceptance and Renunciation
Property division is one of the most important and also the most time-consuming part of divorce: every account, every real estate, every asset should be reviewed whether they are objects of division or not, the division ratio should be settled, and there’s also the matter of “who would take which property.” This tiring process can be handled much more efficiently when a capable lawyer is on your side.
Legitime
It gets especially complicated when there is a child involved.
