The surgery resulted in persistent eyelid asymmetry, residual ptosis, and an unsatisfactory cosmetic outcome. I have repeatedly contacted the clinic seeking review and resolution, but my communications have been ignored and contact has been blocked. I am seeking compensation for the surgery costs, travel expenses, accommodation, and corrective revision surgery.
